Job Summary

  • Provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
  • The purpose of Compliance is to provide oversight of the management of Compliance, Financial Crime and Reputation Risk, through being an influential Compliance function that combines technical expertise with effective risk management to achieve the right conduct outcomes.
  • The Vice President reporting into the Head of BBPLC Compliance - India and APAC Head of Corporate Bank Compliance, will take responsibility of providing compliance oversight on the BBPLC aligned Transaction cycles operating out of Barclays Global Services Centre Private Limited and also leading the three teams that make up BBPLC’s Business Oversight Compliance (BOC) Strategic Hub, which operates out of Barclays Global Service Centre – Pune, India.
