Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
Main functions include managing, researching, analysing and advising on Group’s workplace policies to support the Group’s vision.
Support employees and management to settle employee disputes and workplace grievances by advising on or conducting internal investigations, mediation sessions or early resolution meetings.
