The Program Specialist II also participates in crisis intervention, teaching, group process and on call as needed.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
CPR - BLS certification within 60 days
CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Units 1-7 & 9-10 within 60 days
CPI Children's Control Position from Unit 8 within 60 days
Experience in inpatient or partial hospital psychiatric treatment preferred
Child growth and development education required
Minimum 2 years inpatient/partial hospital/residential child or adolescent services per year of college for prior employees
