Job Summary

  • You will be part of the ODF team that serves our fellow Oregonians relying on regulation and protection of both public and private forest land in our great state of Oregon.
  • As a Forest Management Technician, you will be working as a member of the State Forest Recreation Operations Program that is tasked with managing recreation facilities and non-motorized trails on across all state forest land.
  • The state forest recreation facilities and non-motorized trails are used by thousands of visitors, and you will play a key role in providing information to forest visitors while patrolling campgrounds, dispersed use areas, trailheads and day-use areas, and trails.

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver's License
