This individual will be responsible for portfolio management, intake and orchestration of LCM and NPI projects across the Shoulders portfolio.
The NPI & LCM Manager will be the end-to-end supply chain lead on Lifecycle Management and NPI projects and lead a multi-functional team through successful execution.
They will gain proficiency to identify and develop optimized supply chain strategies for global programs and lead teams through standardized lifecycle management processes, ensuring strong accountability.
