Job Summary
Ensure all production equipment operates in a safe and high-yield manner by developing appropriate preventive maintenance plans, conducting maintenance activities effectively, and responding quickly to troubleshooting needs, all while complying with SHE and GMP standards.
Responsible for routine preventive maintenance, continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, spare parts management, equipment fault identification and repair, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Participate in new equipment introduction projects, lead equipment modification and improvement projects, and manage URS/DQ/IQOQ processes to deliver qualified equipment.
