  • The engineer will guide product development from concept through compliance while verifying adherence to Teledyne Controls' established design standards.
  • Candidates must be a U.S. Person and possess strong working knowledge of aerospace compliance standards like DO-178 and DO-254.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in quality engineering
  • 7+ years experience in AS9100/ISO 9001 environments
  • Experience with QMS policies and processes
  • Ability to perform product life cycle documentation reviews
  • Knowledge of DO-178 software compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Strong working knowledge of DO-254 hardware compliance
  • Familiarity with AS9145 including APQP and PPAP
  • ASQ certification preferred
  • Experience with MRP or ERP systems
  • Collaborative environment focused on innovation

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality engineering or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience applying quality improvement methodologies
  • Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, PR, refugee, or asylee)
  • AS9100/ISO 9001 environment experience required
  • DO-178 and DO-254 compliance knowledge highly desired
