Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates and outbound coordinators, assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring KPIs are met while enforcing safety protocols.
Analyze outbound logistics data and identify areas for process improvements and cost savings, optimizing shipping routes, carrier selection, and freight costs to enhance efficiency.
