The Senior Access Coordinator provides non-medical support to patients, clinical care team members and the organization, demonstrating advanced expertise in patient care coordination across multiple disciplines.
This position is responsible for providing consumers with accurate, up-to-date information regarding products, services and procedures, and helping patients understand complex medical information related to their healthcare journey.
The role includes advanced proficiency in multiple EMR platforms and may support Scheduling Lead Coordinator and Access Management by assisting with training and support for new staff and student interns.

Key Requirements
