Job Summary

  • Manage line performance improvement through the management and promotion of Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives for our Sant’Angelo dei Lombardi (AV) and Caivano (NA) Plants.
  • Coach Plant referents on Ferrero Operational Excellence methodologies and their developments, leveraging the “train-the-trainer” concept to ensure full accountability for implementing performance improvement methodologies.
  • Be accountable for managing the people within your area of responsibility, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development, and empowerment.
