The Caseworker provides trauma-informed services to refugees and other qualified immigrants to support a positive resettlement experience and the achievement of client self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities include coordinating pre- and post-arrival services, conducting intake, developing self-sufficiency plans, and providing direct assistance and referrals.
