Job Summary

  • The Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for all functions relating to quality, inspection, documentation, customer quality/warranty issues, and system approvals plant-wide.
  • This person must maintain a strong daily presence on the floor (Gemba), be fully engaged with operations, and set the pace for urgency, accountability, and discipline.
  • Oversee and facilitate lean and continuous improvement initiatives that eliminate waste (TIMWOOD), strengthen standard work to improve process flows, enhance efficiencies, and build quality into every stage of operations.
