Minnesota State University, Mankato is seeking a full-time Instructor/Assistant Professor in Teaching and Learning to begin in August 2026. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in education, teaching experience, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in education

Job Summary

  • This position requires teaching to support the undergraduate programs in the teaching of reading coursework in the Elementary Education and Kindergarten and Secondary Programs.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues in curriculum design, instruction and evaluation, conduct research productively and mentor students in research, help create innovative strategies for student recruitment, retention, and completion, and may be expected to develop external grant funding opportunities.
