Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3-5 years application support experience
  • ECM/EDMS system expertise required
  • Incident and Problem Management knowledge
  • SQL query writing skills
  • Cloud technology familiarity (Azure)

  • Experience with Hyland OnBase or OpenText
