The Product Operations Manager, Roadmap serves as the connective tissue between strategy, execution, and communication of Candescent’s product roadmap.
This role manages both the systems and governance that underpin how we plan, prioritize, and communicate our roadmap internally and externally.
The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker and storyteller—comfortable managing the tooling and data behind the roadmap, while also ensuring the “why” and “what’s next” are clearly communicated across teams and to our customers.
