Job Summary
In this role you will be the frontline partner for Operations—owning day-to-day user support for manufacturing digital systems and implementation of changes and continuous improvements across Moderna’s manufacturing network.
Serve as the first point of contact for shop-floor users; troubleshoot complex issues, resolve, and document issues for Apprentice Tempo, Syncade, DeltaV, Aveva SCADA Platform, Aveva PI, and BMS.
