Employees must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures or governmental regulations.
The role requires frequent interaction with nursing personnel to identify problem areas and ensure all resident complaints and grievances are reported promptly.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record data on notes, SPAs, and incident reports
