Job Summary
The Product Manager – LifeCycle Management (m/f/d) shapes, prioritizes, and drives the Workflow and IT Solutions (WITS) Automation Continuous Improvement (CI) program scope and owns the long-term roadmap across hardware, software, and complex elements.
Serve as the central cross‑functional integrator, aligning Product Management, R&D, Quality/Regulatory, Service, Operations, and other BUs to deliver feasible, well‑scoped CI initiatives aligned with product strategy and customer insights.
Drive process, governance, and efficiency improvements by enhancing CI decision workflows, standard work, transparency, and communication of roadmap progress and cross‑functional impacts.

Key Requirements

Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams
Proven capability to influence and align stakeholders
Experience with sustaining programs or lifecycle governance structures
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
