Provides strategic input, develops and implements the Home Health program within the Continuing Health division, monitoring business and marketing plans to stimulate growth and increase capture within the Advocate Health Midwest Region.
Accountable for developing strategic and annual operating plans for home health (multi-state), integrating national best practices and benchmarks into the program to ensure optimal outcomes.
