  • Responsibilities include owning Front Office policy and procedures, designing and implementing policy & process updates, and interpreting business impact assessments from regulatory updates.
  • The role requires collaboration with Relationship Managers, Client Services Officers, and corporate functions to identify and manage key risks, and manage internal and external audits.
