Must-have

  • 5+ years continuous improvement experience
  • 3+ years leading Kaizen events
  • Facilitating training across multiple sites
  • Lean tool expertise: PSP, VSM, TPI, SW
  • Experience in Finance and HR functions

  • International training and facilitation experience
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain
