Job Summary

  • This incumbent will work from a home-based office and is scheduled to work 40 hours per week with approximately 50% travel expected to cover the territory.
  • As a Crop Adjuster, your primary responsibilities will include completing field inspections and related responsibilities such as reading maps and aerial photos, measuring fields, storage bins, and discussing findings of crop loss with farmers on the most complex non-routine, problematic claims including controversial claims.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area
  • Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) within 180 days
