The Maintenance Group Leader will lead a group of skilled hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment while enforcing UAW agreements.
Candidates must possess technical expertise to oversee maintenance operations with a focus on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment.
Selected candidates will contribute to the advancement of manufacturing processes supporting the shift toward electric and autonomous vehicles.

One year direct team supervisory experience
Reading electrical pneumatic hydraulic blueprints
Experience managing conflict and decision making
Willingness to work rotating shifts
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically
Nice-to-have
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of timekeeping systems
Experience supervising employees in a union environment
High level of integrity and ability to deal with ambiguity
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
One year supervisory experience or 5 months internal GM per diem group leader
Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and email
