Job Summary

  • Provide legal advice and counseling to all mortgage servicing functions, communicating changes in laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review mortgage servicing disclosures and communications to borrowers, and draft responses to escalated complaints.
  • Counsel Compliance, Business Controls, Risk and Vendor Management on servicing laws and regulations, and review and revise policies and procedures.
