Salary
Base: 94,200 - 115,200 CAD annually; Bonus/Equity: 12% annual bonus target with potential payout up to double; Benefits: Flexible work arrangements, multiple wellbeing benefits, share plan, pension offerings
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Handling large and complex property claims
Conducting on-site inspections
Negotiating claim settlements
Customer service to internal and external clients
Collaboration with claims and underwriting teams
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of insurance products and appraisal techniques
Experience with commercial and personal lines claims
Ability to manage external fees and costs
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
