Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Supervisory responsibility
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical field
  • Leadership experience in a union environment preferred
  • Experience in multi-unit processing plants preferred
  • Knowledge of phosphates/phosphate chemistry a plus
  • Experience with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, FSSC 22000, and food cGMP a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of process and operational improvements
  • Demonstrated change management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of continuous and batch manufacturing processes
