As a Behavior Treatment Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to clients during therapy sessions, implementing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Prior experience in ABA or working with children required
Experience with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
