  • Define and guarantee assembly processes and equipment for actuators and complete mirrors through standardized work, documentation, and implementation of controls to satisfy customer needs, driving continuous improvement of process performance and quality.
  • Elaborate root cause analyses using methodologies like A3, Pareto, and DMAIC, planning and executing continuous improvement to reduce scrap, increase productivity, and ensure parts meet or exceed quality requirements.
  • Improve OEE of assembly lines by ensuring equipment availability and performance, enhancing performance through line balancing, and resolving quality complaints and warranties in a timely manner.
