  • This live-in, full-time, twelve-month position reports directly to an Assistant Director of Residence Life and supervises 15 to 26 Resident Advisers.
  • The role involves assessing student development needs, adjudicating residential housing cases, and participating in on-call rotations for emergencies and crises.
