Job Summary

  • The Emergency Services Representative engages with customers through inbound calls and/or online channels, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.
  • As an Emergency Services Representative, you’ll have the satisfaction of helping customers daily while they are in distress by providing medical instructions to customers when they are most in need.

  • College 911 Communications/Public Safety Diploma
  • Police, Fire, or Paramedic programs
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch certification
  • Emergency Police Dispatch certification
  • Emergency Fire Dispatch certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Emergency Service Volunteer
