Proficiency in AVID Pro Tools and iZotope RX
Fundamentals of audio engineering and signal flow
Ability to identify and correct audio impairments
Mixing audio to established loudness standards
Nice-to-have
Broadcast experience within public media
Expert level understanding of mixing consoles
Experience with varied IP and smartphone transmission
Teaching or training experience
Field recording proficiency
