Lead core accounting operations for a multi-entity automation organization, managing a team and ensuring end-to-end ownership of the general ledger, trial balance, and monthly close process.
Ensure strong policy compliance, accurate financial reporting, and timely support for FP&A and business leadership, while also supporting internal and external audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and system enhancements, and serve as a key accounting partner for business initiatives and process improvement projects.
