Job Summary

  • This role partners closely with the People Tech Product Owner, People Operations, and Finance to enhance and support critical Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
  • Essential Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product vision for HCM functions, conducting requirements walkthroughs, and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding HR and Payroll business processes
  • Experience with Workday or similar Tier-1 enterprise HRIS systems
  • Experience utilizing data management concepts
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
