Job Summary

• The Manager, Warehouse will ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with warehouse associates, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
• This role will oversee and develop warehouse associates through one-on-one coaching, training on policy and procedures, assisting in problem resolution, and leading by example.

Base: $60,000 - $90,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual incentive plan bonus up to 10% of base salary; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, disability, employee stock purchase plan, life insurance

• Minimum three years warehouse distribution experience
• Minimum one year workforce oversight experience
• High school diploma or GED
