• The Director of Transformation & Process Excellence will lead Western Union’s strategic transformation agenda by driving risk & compliance-wide process improvements, digital initiatives, and cultural change.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 8–10 years leadership experience
• Enterprise-level transformation portfolio ownership
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in regulated financial environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
