Job Summary
Responsible for the accurate collection, abstraction, analysis, and management of cancer data for research, quality improvement, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
Ensures the integrity of oncology data submitted to state and national cancer registries and supports the cancer program's accreditation.
Identifies, analyzes and interprets the history, diagnosis, treatment, disease status and survival data of cancer patients treated in the organization.
