HammondCare Cardiff is seeking a part-time Specialised Carer to provide tailored care for residents with dementia. The role requires a commitment to personal support and the ability to work flexible shifts during the week, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and independent initiative

Job Summary

  • With our unique model of care which places the residents’ needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents.
  • All new staff will complete an onsite orientation with a Workplace Trainer, have buddy shifts and be supported by experienced Registered Nurses and Managers on site.
