The primary goal is maintaining the organizational 'Brain' by architecting expert knowledge into a standardized enablement Bill of Materials for global scale.
Candidates will lead the AI readiness strategy by ensuring all assets are structured for AI companions to retrieve sources and deliver accurate responses.

Salary
Base: $125,000 - $187,600 USD (Atlanta); Base: $118,800 - $211,000 USD (Additional US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
