Job Summary

  • The Equity Compensation team delivers competitive, strategically aligned programs that attract, reward and inspire our employees.
  • As a Senior Analyst you will play a key role in the administration of CIBC’s Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) and Equity Plans, partnering with various CIBC internal departments and external service providers.
  • You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
