Job Summary
You will shape a new form of software development within our corporate group, not as a classic developer in the old model, but as someone who operationally carries out software development with AI-supported working methods and builds new standards and procedures from this.
You will independently work your way into existing applications, codebases, and tech stacks and operationally implement maintenance, improvement, and further development tasks yourself using AI-supported development tools.
You will create the foundation for a new team and a scalable form of AI-supported software development in our group.
