Northampton Community College is seeking part-time Subject Tutors for its Learning Center, either on-campus in Bethlehem or online. The role involves providing personalized support to students in understanding course material and developing learning strategies, with a focus on fostering student success.

Job Summary
Tutors support student success by utilizing a personalized approach to help each student gain a deeper understanding of course material, devise effective learning strategies, engage in critical thinking, and acquire additional academic skills in order to help the student reach educational goals.
Tutors may meet with students on an individual or small group basis on campus and/or online.
Tutors are provided with College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) training and are expected to obtain certification within one year of employment.
