  • Lead a team of 3-10 ship structural engineers, designers and analysts supporting client sites at NSWC Carderock/DC Navy Yard.
  • Ensure customers receive accurate technical advice and deliverables in a timely fashion, and meet with customers to determine future engineering and technical needs.
  • Foster a strong mentorship culture, set goals for team members, and manage team members’ timekeeping and reviews.
