Job Summary
The Research Assistant will assume primary responsibility for establishing, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all laboratory processes, ensuring consistency, regulatory compliance, and reproducibility of experimental work.
In addition to laboratory management duties, the Research Assistant will actively contribute to experimental workflows, including assisting with advanced laboratory techniques such as flow cytometry, mammalian cell culture, animal surgery, tissue processing, and histological analyses.
