The Regional Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the oversight of multiple facility rehabilitation programs and mentoring of Directors of Rehabilitation.
This role requires strict adherence to PACS Therapy Best Practices, Medicare guidelines, and State Practice Acts without providing direct patient care except in emergencies.
The position involves reviewing electronic health records in Net Health EMR and PCC EMR to facilitate compliance and monitor facility therapy staffing ratios.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in PT, OT, or SLP
Active license as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
RAC-CT Credential required within one year of hire
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Net Health, and Point Click Care
