Job Summary

• The Supervisor, AgGrowPro Farms will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily land preparation, planting, cultivation, and pest control activities for sugarcane fields.
• This role requires following work plans and instructions from the AgGrowPro Farm Manager and Director of Agriculture, assisting with yield estimates, assigning and monitoring staff activities, and supporting other departments as needed.
• Timely implementation of all agricultural practices within the designated area, ensuring an increase in yield for TSA and TCA, while adhering to the established budget guidelines.
