Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Administer medications, transcribe physician orders, chart nurses' notes, and perform professional nursing services as required.
Participate in staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan development.
