Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician B
  • At least three (3) years equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry
  • Valid state drivers' license
  • Successful completion of the Construction and Skilled Trades test (CAST)
