Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist, you will support the Case Management teams by providing up-to-date technical guidance and training specific to the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act), as well as assisting the team with their administration of the SRC Act and supporting recovery outcomes for employees.
Using your extensive knowledge of the SRC Act, you will coach and train team members and provide accurate, strategic advice in line with contract requirements and the SRC Act.
