Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
  • Active Secret security clearance or eligibility
  • US citizenship requirement
  • Proficiency in custom software algorithm development
  • Experience with hardware/software interfaces (ICDs/APIs)
  • Software design, testing, debugging, and documentation

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with CUAS, Electronic Warfare, and Command & Control
  • Experience with Java software development
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Products and GIT
  • Experience with Docker, Swing, and React
  • Expertise in AI/ML algorithm development and training
  • Ability to mentor peers and share knowledge effectively

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM field
  • Years of experience based on level (Junior to Lead)
  • Must have active Secret security clearance
  • US citizenship is mandatory
