Salary
Base: $15.50 - $25 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Variable income including commission and bonus available; Benefits: Free membership, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, daily pay
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Certified personal trainer or massage therapist
Evidence-based stretching protocols
One-on-one client service delivery
Sales of training services and supplements
Gym floor mobility and equipment maintenance
Nice-to-have
Passion for helping members achieve goals
Ability to create inclusive environment
Strong communication and empathy skills
Experience in physical therapy or yoga instruction
Reliable work ethic and attendance record
Key Requirements
National Fitness Certification (PT, LMT, PT Assistant, Yoga, etc.)
CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
Successful background check clearance
Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and bend routinely
